Does disbelief occur if one's limbs precede with an act of disbelief, and the person did not think about or decide upon this act beforehand, then regretted it?

Disregard these whispers, turn away from them, and pay them no mind. Indeed, a person does not exit Islam except with certainty, and their Islam is firmly established with certainty, so it does not vanish except with another certainty. Doubt concerning whether an act is an act of disbelief is not to be heeded. No one is judged to have committed an act of disbelief except after the fulfillment of conditions and the absence of impediments such as ignorance, misinterpretation (ta'wil), duress, and error. Giving in to whispers leads to great evil.
