Is it considered a divorce if the wife enters her mother's house forgetfully, after her husband swore to divorce her via a text message if she visited her mother, sister, or friends without his permission and consent, given that the husband had previously sworn another oath of divorce via a text message, then recanted, saying his intention was to threaten and not to divorce?

If the wife, out of forgetfulness, does what the husband conditioned her divorce upon, the preponderant opinion is that the divorce does not occur. This is the madhhab of Imam Al-Shafi'i, a narration from Imam Ahmad, and the choice of Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Al-Qayyim. The husband must fear Allah, treat his wives kindly, and spend on them equitably. The wife who patiently endures her husband's harshness and dedicates herself to raising her children will not lose her reward. Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, whoever fears Allah and is patient, then verily, Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good."
