What is the ruling on a neighbor asking his neighbor, who owns a glass and mirror shop, to make a glass tank for him, and would the money earned from that be unlawful for the son who requested it?

If a neighbor asks his neighbor to build a basin for free, then this matter is blameworthy in Islam. If the owner of the property gives the money willingly, it is permissible. But if he gives it out of shyness and without willingness, then it is unlawful, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent." However, if the request is for a fee, there is no objection to it.
