Should the repeated difficulty in bringing the fiancée over be considered a message from Allah Almighty not to complete the marriage?

It is recommended to seek Allah's help and continue striving to complete the marriage, and not to abandon the girl because of the difficulty of the matter. The prevailing opinion is that one who performs istikharah (prayer for guidance) should proceed with the matter after istikharah unless Allah turns them away from it. If matters become difficult, one must renew their repentance to Allah, for affliction does not descend except due to a sin, and it is not removed except by repentance. The engagement is a promise of marriage, and dissolving it is not forbidden, but it is disliked if there is no valid reason.
