Which of the two options is better for a married mother: working as a media engineer (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) or completing her studies to become a university professor (3 hours/day, 5 days/week) in a mixed environment while adhering to Sharia guidelines, in order to earn the expenses for Hajj?

Allah will compensate her with something better than what she has forgone. If there is a necessity to work, and the husband grants permission, and she adheres to Islamic guidelines, then we advise performing Istikhara and prioritizing teaching, as it is less time-consuming and more respectable, while ensuring she works in a women's school or avoids men as much as possible.
