What is the ruling on working as an accountant in a government body that deducts loan installments from employees' salaries on behalf of the bank, without knowing the interest involved between the bank and the employee?

It is forbidden for an employee to take out a loan with Riba (interest), and it is forbidden for an accountant or anyone else to assist him in that, such as writing the application or providing him with a salary statement to obtain the loan. However, if the usurious loan has already been taken, there is no sin upon the accountant for deducting an amount from the employee's salary for the bank, because that is assistance in repayment and not in initiating the usurious loan.
