What is the ruling on writing "إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ ضَيْفِي فَلَا تَفْضَحُونِي" (Indeed, these are my guests, so do not disgrace me) with a Ya instead of a Kasra (تفضحون)?

Writing the letter "yaa'" in the word (tafḍaḥūnī) is an error according to the majority of reciters (qurrāʾ). The justification for this is that sufficiency with the kasra (vowel mark) instead of the "yaa'" is linguistically permissible and frequent in the Qur’an, such as: "وَيَا قَوْمِ مَا لِي أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى النَّجَاةِ" (And O my people, what is wrong with me that I invite you to salvation?), where the kasra of the "meem" in (qawmī) sufficed for the "yaa'".
