Is the monthly salary from working for a company whose sales depend on gifts and commissions permissible (halal), and should a Muslim remain in this company or leave it?

There is no harm in working for the company as long as its sales are permissible, and the wages an employee receives are in exchange for that. However, the officials should be advised to regulate their dealings according to Islamic principles and to refrain from paying unlawful bribes.
