Is feeling a tremor and the emission of white fluid as a result of marital and sexual fantasies, while avoiding masturbation, considered engaging in the forbidden?

Allah does not hold a servant accountable for mere thoughts unless they act upon them or speak them. However, persistence in such thoughts can lead to indecency, for most fires begin with small sparks. These thoughts arise from recalling forbidden images and not lowering the gaze, which is a forbidden act.

Therefore, one must cease this kind of thinking and take measures such as: 1. Earnestly imploring Allah for chastity. 2. Increasing fasting to curb desires. 3. Remembering Allah in all circumstances, especially the prescribed supplications (adhkar). 4. Occupying oneself with what benefits in this world and the Hereafter, such as seeking knowledge. 5. Associating with righteous sisters. 6. Presenting oneself to one of the righteous for marriage, or seeking mediation for it.

Ghusl (ritual bath) is required if desire intensifies and semen is discharged, and one must remember the prohibition of masturbation.
