What is the ruling on Eid prayer in the shrine of a righteous wali where there are graves?

The texts of the Sharia have clearly prohibited taking graves as mosques, as a pre-emptive measure against polytheism (shirk). Among these texts is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "May Allah curse the Jews and Christians for taking the graves of their prophets as mosques. Indeed, do not take graves as mosques. I forbid you from that." And his saying: "The entire earth is a mosque, except for the graveyard and the bathroom." The Eid prayer does not differ from other prayers in this ruling; it falls under the general prohibition.
