Is buying a phone from a company in installments, with interest on the price, then selling it and using the money out of necessity, forbidden or permissible?

"Purchasing a mobile phone from a company in installments, even if the price is higher than its current cash value, is permissible, provided the company does not stipulate a penalty for late payment. Furthermore, purchasing the phone in installments with the intention of selling it immediately and benefiting from its cash value is permissible."
