Is it permissible for me to agree with the landlord and the bank to increase the property's value to 600,0 instead of 450,0, so that I can receive the difference of 150,0 to cover my essential household needs, or does this fall under the category of usury (riba)?

It is impermissible to lie to the bank to obtain unlawful money, for it involves deception and fraud. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." Furthermore, the agreed-upon increase is usury (riba), and its sin falls upon you and upon those who assist you in it. The bank is unaware of the intention, so beware of this forbidden act. And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
