Is it permissible for the Imam to vocalize the opening supplication of the prayer (Du'a al-Istiftah), the supplication during bowing (Du'a al-Ruku'), and the Tashahhud in Fajr prayer?

"Reciting the opening supplication (Du'a al-Istiftah), tasbeeh, and tashahhud aloud is contrary to the Sunnah. The Sunnah is to recite these silently in all prayers. Therefore, it is disliked to recite the opening supplication aloud, though the prayer is not invalidated by it. The tasbeeh of bowing (ruku') and prostration (sujud) are to be recited silently by agreement. Similarly, the takbirat, the dhikr between the two prostrations, the first and last tashahhud, the Salat on the Prophet, and the supplication at the end of the prayer are all to be recited silently. As for the salutation (taslim), the Imam recites it aloud, but not the follower (ma'mum) or the one praying alone."
