What is the ruling on purchasing a home for residence through Western banks, taking into account the difficulty of settling in rented homes and the problems of dealing with rental companies in the West?

It is not permissible to borrow with interest except in a case of necessity, which is to be estimated by its true measure. Owning a home does not fall under this category as long as a person can find shelter, even if by renting, without unbearable hardship. Annual travel is not a justification for committing the forbidden. It should be known that residing in non-Islamic countries may lead one to commit forbidden acts.
