What should a worshipper do if, after rising from the prostration of recitation (sujud al-tilawah), they inadvertently recite Al-Fatiha?

Repeating Al-Fatiha in a single rak'ah does not invalidate the prayer, whether done out of forgetfulness or intentionally. It is recommended for one who repeats it to perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud as-sahw). Imam An-Nawawi stated that repeating it out of forgetfulness does no harm, and repeating it intentionally does not invalidate the prayer according to the soundest opinion. Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami issued a fatwa stating that it is sunnah (recommended) to perform the prostration of forgetfulness for repeating Al-Fatiha.
