Is the saying, "The evil is gone," when a glass of water breaks, true, and is the one who says it sinful?

There is no Shari (Islamically lawful) evidence for the validity of the saying: "The evil has been taken away and gone" or "The evil has spilled" when tea spills or a vessel breaks, and it should be avoided.
