Is it better for my property to be solely in my name, to be distributed lawfully after my death, or is it permissible to write over a portion of it to my wife during my lifetime?

It is better to keep your properties in your name and not to write them in the name of anyone else; because we are in a time when trustworthiness has diminished and rights have been lost. How many heirs have monopolized the inheritance because it was written in their name, and prevented the rest of the heirs from their rights.
