Is it permissible for a Muslim man to greet his brother's granddaughter with a handshake?

The daughter of a niece is a permanently forbidden (mahram) relative to a man. She falls under the general meaning of Allah's Almighty words: "and the daughters of brothers, and the daughters of sisters." It is permissible to shake hands with her and touch her, unless there is an unnatural inclination that would prevent it.
