Is it permissible for a mother and sisters to describe women in front of their brother, who is 15 years old, under the pretext of his young age?

It is not permissible to mention the beautiful attributes and 'awrah (intimate parts) of women in front of men who are not their husbands, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A woman should not touch another woman and then describe her to her husband as if he is looking at her." This also includes a man describing women to other men. If a boy reaches fifteen years of age, he is considered an adult and accountable.
