Is it permissible for a woman's mahrams to wash her after her death, in the absence of her husband, whether other women are present or not?

It is not permissible for a woman's mahrams (unmarriageable kin) to wash her if there are other women available, unless she is an infant. However, if there are no women available, then it is permissible for them to wash her while she is clothed, without exposing her awrah (private parts).
