One must repent to Allah from sodomy. The cure for obsessive thoughts is to turn away from them and not pay them any attention. What was mentioned about insulting Allah is merely an obsessive thought and does not lead one out of the fold of Islam. A single ghusl (ritual bath) is sufficient for multiple states of impurity, and it is enough to make water reach all parts of the body with a strong presumption that it has done so. A wound does not affect the validity of the ghusl. As for missed prayers, there is a difference of opinion regarding the obligation to make them up, and there is no harm in following those who do not consider making them up obligatory.
