Does the prayer of one praying alone count as a congregational prayer if two others join him before the Taslīm?

If someone begins their prayer individually and then others join him with the intention of congregational prayer, their prayer is considered a congregational prayer and they receive its reward. This is based on what was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding someone who enters the mosque after the congregational prayer has concluded.
