What was the first prayer Muslims performed before the Qiblah was changed?

The first prayer to appear in Islam is the Dhuhr prayer. It is called the first because it was the first prayer Jibreel prayed with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, after the prayer was ordained on the night of Al-Isra. It is also called Salatul-Hajirah because it is performed during the time of intense heat. The first prayer after the change of the Qiblah was the Asr prayer.
