How can one dispose of papers that contain the mention of Allah and the names of prophets, or names of people who bear the names of prophets, and newspapers, while considering the appropriate method of burial and suitable location, and is it necessary to ensure that papers and advertisements are free of such content before disposing of them?

Papers containing verses, hadith, or the names of Allah and His messengers should be placed in a protected location, or disposed of by burning them, shredding them with a shredding machine, or burying them in pure places, as stated by the Permanent Committee. If this is not possible, preserve them until you are able to dispose of them by the aforementioned methods, or give them to someone who can do so. As for the names of individuals who have taken the names of prophets, they do not carry the sanctity of the prophets' names themselves, unless they are coupled with something indicating the prophets. Regarding papers that might contain something that should be respected, if it is highly probable that such content exists, then one must ensure they are free of it before discarding them. If it is not highly probable that such content exists, then there is no harm in leaving them [without inspection], based on the Almighty's saying: (And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty).
