What is the ruling on praying in a mosque where the Qibla is so skewed that the Imam faces the Qibla in a direction that differs from the direction of the congregants by as much as 70% at times?

"Whoever sees the Kaaba must face its very essence, by consensus. As for those who do not see it, facing its direction suffices. A slight deviation by worshippers from the Qibla direction does not invalidate the prayer if they are still facing the general direction of the Kaaba, but it is better to correct the direction. However, a significant deviation that takes them out of the Qibla's direction invalidates the prayer and necessitates rebuilding the mosque or placing indicative lines."
