What is the ruling regarding someone who did not fast in Ramadan 2017 due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, and iron deficiency, then fasted Ramadan 2018 and began making up missed days (qada') and feeding the poor for each day, then became pregnant again and suffered from iron deficiency, thus being unable to complete the make-up fasts, with Ramadan approaching and her delivery date nearing?

If a pregnant or breastfeeding woman breaks her fast out of fear for herself, then according to the majority of scholars, she only needs to make up the missed days (qada'). However, if she breaks her fast out of fear for her child, then in addition to making up the missed days, she must also feed one poor person for each day. If she delays making up the fast due to a valid excuse, she incurs no sin or expiation (fidyah), and she should make up the fast whenever she is able. It is obligatory to make up the fast before the next Ramadan if possible, otherwise whenever it becomes easy, and there is nothing against her for delaying the make-up.
