What is the ruling on working on usurped land, and what is the fate of the profits gained from it?

Working on usurped land is not permissible. As for the profit gained from working on usurped land, if what is meant is what the usurper benefited from this land by cultivating it, for example, its ruling has been previously clarified. If what is meant is that a person worked for the usurper on the same land, then the wages of this worker are permissible if the work itself is permissible, because the wages are for the work, not for the usurpation, though there is sin in aiding the usurpation. The usurper must repent and return what was usurped, along with a fair rental value (Ujrat al-Mithl) and compensation for any damage (Arsh al-Naqs) if present.
