Am I entitled to claim financial compensation for the expenses of raising my niece for four years, after her father took her by force?

If you donated what you spent on her, then you cannot go back to her father and demand support from him after he took her in, unless you spent with the intention of claiming it back from him, and he was someone whose support was obligatory upon him.
