Is it permissible to accept 'Eidiya (a gift of money given on holidays) from a brother who does not pay Zakat, knowing this?

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam, and abandoning it is a major sin that requires repentance and prompt payment. It is obligatory to continue advising your brother until he fulfills what Allah has enjoined upon him.
