What should a husband do if he discovers that his wife is watching explicit pictures and films on the internet?

There is no disagreement regarding the prohibition of viewing pornographic images and films due to their corruption of morals, their spread of indecency, and their violation of Allah's command to lower one's gaze. The husband must advise his wife and teach her about its prohibition, and he should investigate the reasons that led her to this, as it is often a result of weak faith. He should review his own guardianship and care for his family, and discipline and educate her, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock." It is also appropriate to immerse the wife in a righteous environment of good female friends, and to review matters of intimacy and marital relations, and to supplicate frequently for her guidance.
