It is permissible to train at Zitouna Islamic Bank, as long as the trainee does not participate in any prohibited activity. Although it is an Islamic bank, there might be some violations within it. If multi-level marketing (MLM) there is prohibited—such as when it requires paying fees or purchasing a product, which constitutes prohibited gambling—then he should avoid it. However, his training remains permissible. Assuming the bank is usurious and the student is compelled to train there for a specific period, it is permissible for him to do so, provided he dislikes usury and denounces it, and refrains from participating in any usurious transaction. Rather, he should advise and explain to them the prohibition of usury. If he is not compelled to do so, then it is not permissible for him to train at a usurious bank.
