Do the funds left by the father at home for emergencies, funeral expenses, hospital discharge expenses after death, death certificate issuance expenses, and the father's share of gold inherited from his mother, enter into the inheritance?

The money left by the father and all the wealth he bequeathed are part of the inheritance and are to be divided among the heirs according to Islamic law. It is not permissible to prevent an heir from receiving their share on the pretext of severing ties of kinship, because this is not one of the impediments to inheritance. The expenses of hospital discharge, burial, washing the body, digging the grave, and carrying the deceased are to be deducted from the estate before its division. Then, the remainder is divided among the heirs.
