Does a triple divorce occur if the husband hears his wife's voice after he said, "I swear by triple divorce that if I hear your voice again, I will throw you out of the apartment"?

If the woman lowers her voice after her husband has sworn by triple divorce that he would divorce her if she does not leave the apartment, then he does not break his oath. However, if she raises her voice after he has sworn, and he does not make her leave, then the triple divorce occurs, and she becomes irrevocably unlawful to him by a major divorce. The majority of scholars hold that a conditional divorce takes effect when the condition is met, and that a triple divorce pronounced simultaneously counts as three divorces. Some scholars, however, maintain that a conditional divorce intended for prevention or threat does not take effect, and instead requires an expiation for a broken oath, and that a triple divorce pronounced in a single utterance counts as a single divorce.
