Is it permissible to work in a shop that makes and sells refreshments during the celebration of the Gregorian New Year?

Celebrating the New Year is Haram (forbidden) in Sharia, and everything that aids in it is also Haram. Selling and making desserts is permissible in principle, but if the seller is certain that the buyer will present them for Christmas, he must advise him and not sell them to him; because exchanging gifts on this occasion is not permissible.
