What is the ruling on a message that includes a description of a house in Paradise overlooking the Throne of the Most Merciful, the Messenger's palace, and Al-Kawthar River, and its price is 12 daily supererogatory rak'ahs?

This message contains slander and claims knowledge of the unseen. Its statement that a house built in Paradise will overlook the Throne of the Most Merciful, the Messenger's palace, and the River Kawthar is incorrect, because the Throne of the Most Merciful is above all creations. Moreover, such messages are naive and foolish, and scholars have warned against them, such as likening the number of rak'ahs in prayers to phone numbers for connecting with God, or comparing the Afterlife to an airplane journey, or spreading information about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, under the name "The Prophet's Passport." These messages waste time and money, and may involve mockery and ridicule. It is impermissible to circulate these messages; rather, one must be cautious and warn others against them.

The rak'ahs mentioned are the regular supererogatory prayers (Sunan al-Rawatib).
