Is it forbidden or permissible to shake hands with the mother or sister of my foster-brother/sister?

Shaking hands with your foster mother or foster sister is forbidden, as they are not mahram to you. For the fact that she is the mother of one who nursed with you, or that she nursed your sister, does not establish mahramiyyah.
