Is a person who wears a cross and loves Christianity, but utters the Two Testimonies when surprised or angry, considered among the disbelievers or the Muslims?

Merely uttering the two testimonies (Shahadatayn) is not sufficient for entering Islam. Rather, it is essential to believe in the falsehood of worshipping anything other than Allah and to disbelieve in everything worshipped apart from Him.
