What is the ruling regarding a man performing the Farewell and Ifadah circumambulations together due to his wife being unable to perform the circumambulation because of menstruation?

There is no harm in delaying the Ifadah circumambulation (Tawaf al-Ifadah) until the end of the Hajj rituals and combining it with the Farewell circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada'). If a woman menstruates before Tawaf al-Ifadah, she must wait until she becomes pure and then perform the circumambulation, because it is a pillar of Hajj. If she returns without performing it, she remains in her state of ihram until she returns and performs the circumambulation. If she is unable to reach the Sacred House, she may exit ihram like one who is prevented (muhsar) by slaughtering a sheep and shortening her hair with the intention of exiting ihram. However, the circumambulation remains an obligation upon her until she returns, enters ihram again, and performs it. If she dies without returning, Hajj should be performed on her behalf.
