What is meant by the word "يحيل" (yuḥīl) in the context of: "For the reporting of this large number of the elite of creation and the choicest of humanity makes it impossible for the human intellect to deny it, just as it makes it impossible for this large number to conspire to lie"?

"The intellect, in the mentioned context, means to prevent, that is, it is intellectually impossible for a large group of people to conspire to spread a false report. This is further confirmed if they are known for their truthfulness and trustworthiness. Intellectual impossibility does not admit of proof. The report of a large gathering whose conspiracy to lie is deemed intellectually impossible is among what is definitively accepted as true by Islamic law, as the author of Al-Maraqi said: 'And definitively affirm the truth of a متواتر report And equate in it Muslim and disbeliever... [it is] forbidden for them to lie.'"
