Does selling by the brother in his shop or guarding the orchard without charge fall under the meaning of the noble verse: "...or what your right hands possess of the keys"?

Scholars differed regarding the verse, "There is no blame upon you that you eat from your houses" [24:61], whether it is abrogated or definitive. Al-Qurtubi favored that it is definitive, and its meaning is that a man may eat from the property of his relative, agent, or friend, as long as he knows that their soul is content with it. Based on this, there is no harm in taking from a shop or a garden if it is customary to overlook such actions, without extravagance.
