Is the Hadith: "If you see a man eat once, bear witness to his righteousness. If you see a man eat twice, bear witness to his faith. If you see a man eat thrice, then prepare a manger for him" authentic?

This statement is not from the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but its meaning or content is narrated from some of the early Muslims (Salaf). In Al-Risalah al-Qushayriyya, it is reported from Sahl ibn Abdullah al-Tustari that he was asked: "A man who eats one meal a day?" He replied: "The eating of the truthful (Siddiqin)." He was asked: "Two meals?" He replied: "The eating of the believers (Mu'minin)." He was asked: "Three?" He replied: "Tell his family to build him a manger."
