Is one of the fruits of knowledge liberation from Hellfire, according to the Hadith: "Whoever wishes to look upon those freed by Allah, let him look upon the learned..."?

Seeking knowledge with a sincere intention is among the greatest means of entering Paradise and being saved from Hellfire. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever takes a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise. Indeed, the angels lower their wings in approval for the seeker of knowledge, and everyone in the heavens and on earth, even the fish in the depths of the water, seek forgiveness for the scholar. The superiority of the scholar over the worshiper is like the superiority of the moon on a full moon night over all other planets. Indeed, the scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets. For the Prophets did not bequeath dinars or dirhams; rather, they bequeathed knowledge. So, whoever takes it has taken a great share." As for the hadith referred to by the questioner, Ibn Hajar al-Haytami mentioned it and considered it among the fabricated and forged hadiths.
