What is the ruling on wearing the Jewish head covering (Spanish) outside or inside the home, given its practicality in gathering hair?

The answer to this question was previously provided in Fatwa no. 144593, bearing in mind that a woman is prohibited from wearing the aforementioned hijab, which includes impermissible elements, in front of non-mahram men. The same applies in front of mahram relatives if it does not cover what must be covered in front of them.
