Is appointment to teaching positions through nepotism permissible, and is the salary resulting from it permissible, given that appointments are made based on очереди and results?

Discussion regarding the ruling on mediation for employment was previously covered in Fatwa no. 82423. Upon reviewing it, it becomes clear that mediation is impermissible in this case if it results in someone undeserving gaining precedence according to the applicable law. As for the salary received by the employee, there is no harm in it if he performs his work as required. See Fatwa no. 135285.
