Is the marriage valid if the contract was in English and the two witnesses did not understand it, no mahr was paid, and the husband suffered from infertility issues and left for da‘wah a few days after the marriage?

The conditions for the validity of a marriage contract are: witnessing, public announcement, and the presence of a guardian (wali). If a guardian is not available, the ruler (Sultan) or his representative takes charge of the marriage. If neither is available, the Imam of the mosque or a scholar takes charge. If the dowry (mahr) is not mentioned in the contract, the contract is valid, and the woman is entitled to a dowry equivalent to that of her peers (mahr al-mithl). Marriage does not require the Arabic language. Public announcement of the marriage is sufficient instead of witnesses' testimony. Also, a wedding celebration does not affect the validity of the contract. As for health problems, they should be presented to a specialized doctor, and it is recommended to be patient and deliberate in making decisions.
