Is it permissible to repeat the Dhuhr prayer if the worshiper did not feel devotion behind an Imam whose pecking was described as that of a crow?

If the Imam does not observe ṭumaʾnīnah (tranquility/stillness) in the postures, then your prayer behind him is invalid, and both you and he must repeat the prayer, because ṭumaʾnīnah is a pillar of the prayer. However, if his speed does not compromise ṭumaʾnīnah, then your prayer behind him is valid, and you are not required to repeat it.
