Is it legislated to say, "O Allah, send prayers upon the presence of the Prophet," and is the Prophet present among us for this to be permissible?

Whoever intends by the word (Hadra) that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is present with him in body or spirit, has erred and committed something not sanctioned by the Sharia. But whoever intends by it to glorify the Prophet and elevate his status, has done well. And (Hadrat al-rajul) in the Arabic language means his courtyard, and it is used metaphorically to refer to a person of status.
