What are a wife's rights after a divorce due to the discovery that her family lied about everything concerning her and her father?

The husband has the option to annul the marriage if he finds in his wife a defect that makes sexual intercourse impossible, or repulsive or contagious diseases, or if he stipulated a specific quality and it turned out to be otherwise, such as stipulating virginity and she turned out to be a non-virgin. However, if she does not have a defect that grants the right to annulment and he wishes to divorce her, she has the rights of a divorced woman: half of the mahr (dowry) before consummation or the full mahr after consummation, and maintenance and lodging during the iddah (waiting period). The fact that her father does not pray does not constitute a defect in her. It is advised not to rush into divorce and to be patient with the wife, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good." And according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
