Is my siblings' prayer valid, given my knowledge of the invalidity of my own prayer due to my being without ablution while leading them?

You erred in your prayer by performing it without ablution (wudu'), and thereby committed a grave sin. Therefore, you must repent and repeat the Maghrib prayer. The prayer of the Imam is valid, and similarly, the prayer of a single follower behind the Imam is also valid.
