What is the religious ruling regarding the deceiver who claims to know the thief through a bowl of water and a child, and is it permissible to pray behind him and accompany him?

This is the work of sorcerers and devils, because none knows the unseen except Allah, and revelation ended with the prophethood of Muhammad, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him. The devil appears to soothsayers to describe the thief and the location of the stolen item for them. It is not permissible to ask such people nor to believe them, and whoever believes them has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him. Based on this, it is not permissible for him to lead prayers, nor to pray behind him, nor to maintain ties with him secretly or openly, nor to give him anything until he repents.
